Con actuaciones en las grandes capitales del circuito operístico (Paris, Vienna, London, Milán y Nueva York), ha colaborado con las batutas de mayor prestigio en la actualidad: Myung-Whun Chung, Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, Seiji Ozawa y Antonio Pappano.

Celso Albelo interpreta al Duca di Mantova, el papel que en más ocasiones ha cantado en su carrera. El tenor canario, una de las voces nacionales de mayor proyección, goza de especial ascendencia en la obra de Verdi, Bellini y Donizetti. further, ha trabajado con directores como Antonio Pappano, Zubin Mehta, Daniel Harding, Alberto Zedda y Nello Santi, among others. En Les Arts debutó junto a Plácido Domingo en ‘Luisa Fernanda’ y clausuró la pasada temporada con ‘La damnation de Faust’ con Roberto Abbado.

La soprano Maria Grazia Schiavo (Gilda) regresa a Les Arts 13 años después convertida en una de las emergentes voces en los repertorios belcantista y romántico. Desde su debut en València con ‘Don Giovanni’ con Lorin Maazel, la diva napolitana es una presencia habitual en los principales teatros europeos.

Cierran el quinteto protagonista el bajo italiano Marco Spotti (Sparafucile) y la ‘mezzosoprano’ georgiana Nino Surguladze.
