Madrid, 16 December 2016.- The Teatro de la Zarzuela will host the next Monday, 19 from December, to 20 hours, the Cycle XXIII Lied co-produced by the National Center for Musical Diffusion (CNDM). On this occasion they present the British mezzo-soprano Sarah Connolly, which will be accompanied by Julius Drake, indispensable name within the pianists of this genre. In this appointment, at Teatro de la Zarzuela to 20 hours, Connolly will play the four romantics Hans Christian Andersen Lieder (Songs about poems by Hans Christian Andersen) Schumann, based on poems by the Danish writer.
